About Studio Mirei Mirei is a Milan-based multidisciplinary designer who started her career in her birth place, the Philippines. Working from her roots has exposed her to the world of traditional manufacturing and production of furniture, where everything is made by hand. This environment exposed her to the beautiful world of artisan crafts, but then gave her the yearning to explore state-of-the-art techniques that come from the western world. Graduating from Politecnico di Milano in 2017 with a degree in Design and Engineering has given her more experience in the technical point of view. Her work spans product design, interior design, creative consultancy and art direction.

About Mirei Monticelli:
Mirei is a Milan-based multidisciplinary designer who began her career in her birthplace, the Philippines. Working from her roots exposed her to traditional furniture manufacturing and production, where everything is made by hand. This experience immersed her in the world of artisan crafts, while also sparking a desire to explore state-of-the-art techniques from the Western world. She graduated from Politecnico di Milano in 2017 with a degree in Design and Engineering, gaining valuable technical expertise. Her work spans product design, interior design, creative consultancy, and art direction.
