Costantini presents TOWNHOUSE, a seven-story residential installation set within a historic Upper East Side residence.

The installation brought together more than two decades of Costantini furniture and objects alongside works by Mirei Monticelli and Theophane Ingold, antiquities, and works from Olney Gleason.

Each floor took shape as a distinct interior, with furniture, art, and objects arranged in response to the architecture. The rooms unfolded as intimate, layered spaces, reflecting the way a home develops through years of collecting and living.

Curated by Costantini founder William C. Stuart, TOWNHOUSE paired some of the studio’s earliest designs with newly developed works. Bronze, parchment, steel, wood, and stone revealed a continuing exploration of material and form across the studio’s history.

Unveiled during NYCxDesign 2026, TOWNHOUSE evolved into a months-long installation, hosting private gatherings, conversations, and presentations that brought collectible design into the rhythms of residential life.
