Berluti Madison Avenue

Costantini Design supplied a custom edition of Bruno Stools for Berluti’s Madison Avenue flagship. Delivered in leather, each piece was hand-finished by Berluti’s artisans in New York to incorporate their signature patina. This collaboration highlights the intersection of essential furniture forms and bespoke leather craftsmanship.

Bruno Stools

Is characterized by its signature sloping back leg and hand-carved Argentine Rosewood frame. For this location, the stools were delivered in raw leather to allow Berluti’s artisans to apply their proprietary hand-finished patina, ensuring the furniture integrates perfectly with the brand’s heritage.

Berluti, established in Paris in 1895, is internationally recognized for its artisanal leatherwork and discreet luxury. Rooted in bespoke shoemaking, the brand’s soul lies in its devotion to the individual, treating every project not as a corporate commission, but as a highly customizable experience for the private client.

Defined by its iconic patinas and a deep respect for material, Berluti eschews mass identity to focus on the unique character of the person. The Madison Avenue flagship translates this philosophy into a refined architectural expression where every detail is a testament to the art of the bespoke.
