Shipments are released at F.O.B. point of origin to the purchaser's carrier in new and good condition. Title and all risk of damage or loss transfers to the purchaser at that moment, and no responsibility for loading is assumed by Costantini Design. Costantini Design is not responsible for damage incurred in loading, transit, or storage. Purchaser must provide the exact details of shipping arrangements on written order. If no carrier is designated Costantini Design will use its best judgment in selecting a "best way" carrier on behalf of the purchaser, with no liability for such carrier. Transit times are usually between 1-2 weeks in addition to production lead times which usually run between 2-24 weeks. Lead times are approximate and may run longer.
Custom items are not eligible for returns.
In stock items may be returned within 48 hours and are subject to a 15% restocking fee unless otherwise agreed at time of purchase. In order to initiate a return, please contact us via email within 48 hours of receipt at info@costantinidesign.com or by phone at +1.212.858.0603 with your invoice number.
No returns will be accepted without prior written authorization. Authorized returns must be shipped in accordance with shipping instructions provided by Costantini Design. Unauthorized returned merchandise will not be accepted and will be retuned to the shipper freight collect. Returned merchandise requiring repair of any kind may be subject to additional charges or full charges. Costantini is not liable for cost of shipping for repairs and/or replacement. Replacement time line will be similar to normal lead times which usually run between 2-24 weeks depending on the product.
