Costantini presents TOWNHOUSE, a six-story townhouse installation in collaboration with the Thurber team at SERHANT.

Never before opened to the public, the residence, listed at a price on request in the mid-8 figures, will be activated through a months-long program of installations and private events beginning during Design Week.

Set within the townhouse, each level unfolds as a distinct environment, bringing together contemporary craft and collectible design in a residential context. Visitors move through a sequence of spaces where objects are encountered in use and in repose.

Works on view will be curated by Costantini founder William C Stuart presenting a selection of artists and collaborators from the studio’s extended network. All works will be available for acquisition.

Throughout the week, the townhouse will host a series of private gatherings, including cocktail dinners, conversations, and presentations.
