Kimpton La Peer

Costantini collaborated with Gulla Jonsdottir Design to produce custom seating, tables, and accents for the guest rooms and public spaces of the award winning Kimpton La Peer in West Hollywood.

About Gulla Jonsdottir

An Icelandic architect based in Los Angeles, Jónsdóttir's practice integrates principles of mathematics and biology into the design of structures and furniture. After training at SCI-Arc and working at firms such as Richard Meier & Partners, she founded her own studio in 2009 to develop global-scale projects spanning the residential, hospitality, and museum sectors.

Her work is characterized by an exploration of organic forms and noble materials, prioritizing the technical relationship between the piece and its environment. With a portfolio that includes projects in the United States, Japan, Mexico, and Europe, Jónsdóttir focuses her work on a functional aesthetic.
