We had the pleasure of returning to Milan to present new work alongside Mirei Monticelli at the Palazzo Cordusio Gran Meliá Hotel during Salone del Mobile 2025.
Our featured piece was a one-of-a-kind functional sculpture crafted from onyx, bronze, fiberglass, and pomegranate, an homage to the mosaic adorning the building's historic façade. Designed by Costantini founder William C Stuart and produced in our workshop, the sculpture featured a reflective bronze top, intentionally conceived to complement and mirror Mirei’s striking light sculpture, which debuted the same week.
The setting was the newly redeveloped Palazzo Venezia, a late 19th-century architectural landmark originally designed by Luca Beltrami and once home to Generali Assicurazioni. Its transformation into a luxury hotel provided a fitting backdrop for the unveiling.

About Studio Mirei:
Mirei is a Milan-based multidisciplinary designer who started her career in her birth place, the Philippines. Working from her roots has exposed her to the world of traditional manufacturing and production of furniture, where everything is made by hand. This environment exposed her to the beautiful world of artisan crafts, but then gave her the yearning to explore state-of-the-art techniques that come from the western world. Graduating from Politecnico di Milano in 2017 with a degree in Design and Engineering has given her more experience in the technical point of view. Her work spans product design, interior design, creative consultancy and art direction.
